Orders
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view order status in your account dashboard under "My Orders".
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, contact us immediately at contact@hundredornothing.co.uk. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
UK orders: 2-4 business days. International orders: 5-10 business days. Express shipping options available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties depending on your country.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and returned in original packaging. Returns are available for exchanges or credit notes. Please check the product description as some items cannot be returned. Contact us at contact@hundredornothing.co.uk with your order number to initiate a return. Items must be with all original tags attached. Sale items are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at contact@hundredornothing.co.uk with your order number. We'll provide a return label and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
